First Banning - Matt

I recently had to ban someone, because they found a way around the system and they banned someone without my knowledge. After seeing FM ask in the shoutbox why I banned him (which I didnt), I checked into it.
This person has been given numerous chances on many forums, and he always ends up getting banned on every forum. most recently also on the Devil's Lair. I can only try and help someone...
