I recently had to ban someone, because they found a way around the system and they banned someone without my knowledge. After seeing FM ask in the shoutbox why I banned him (which I didnt), I checked into it.
This person has been given numerous chances on many forums, and he always ends up getting banned on every forum. most recently also on the Devil's Lair. I can only try and help someone so much.
This will not be a temporary ban. It will be a permanent one, no matter how much he begs, or his friends beg for him on his behalf. He banned someone without my knowledge, and there is no excuse for that, and never will be.
The reason they give for the ban was.... "for calling people names and trying to start fights".

He caused his banning. No one else did. There will be NO second chance in this case.

For now, all moderator privledges will be taken away from everyone except those people that I know I can trust. I thoguht it would be cool if people could moderate their own sections and they will be able to in the future, but for now I will have to tighten the control to make sure this never happens again. So FM I apologise. He banned your email address. Just so people know, I always ban IP address, along with name. If he comes back another way, he wont be around long. That I guarantee

Plus FM, now since I re-activated your first user name, you will have to choose which name you want to keep, and I will delete the other one. There is no need for multiple accounts on here, so they wont be allowed at all.

Just let me know which one you prefer, and sorry for all that happened.

Matt has officially been banned from the forums, chatroom, and the shoutbox.

His IP was banned on all three. If he logs onto something and makes a post, unfortunately that new IP will be banned also. (So Matt's friends be careful to let him use your computer, or your name to make a post, or you could end up being accidently banned also).

As I said there is no second chance in this case. Matt betrayed any trust he might have had by banning someone without my knowledge. He was never authorized to ban anyone.

Matt has no one to blame but himself!!!

No amount of begging and pleading will allow him to come back. So dont even bother asking. Just remember he could have just as easily banned you.
